Following up a beautiful ep with vocalist Pupila on camomille #47, Florida's Line noise from the Lacedmilk Technologies crew comes back to camomille, this time doin' it solo. He presents us 3 uplifiting tracks of calm, progressive travels in chilled out techno. Drifting somewhere between oldskool, house and downtempo, these 27 minutes of beat-intensive, pad enlightened, guitar grooved are a great addition to the camomille project + perfect moodenhancing music for hot summer days!

Upon hearing the first few seconds of trivial music's debute album, one could easily have anticipated that we would've been charmed by it. Composed of Tesia Alexandra and Aaron Rutledge (Also known as monotonik releaser and merck machine drum remixer Pliant, who also owned idm label Systorm), New york based trivial music brings us 40 minutes worth of freshly squeezed bleepy grooves superglued with 8bit-reminiscant vocal electropop, all with its fair share of sincere naiveness, urban...

We are very happy to announce a new ep from our favorite duo, Tang Kai ! They are back at camomille after taking some time to work on their upcoming album for apegenine recordings. Here they present 4 tracks of delicate and gentle sounds we've come to appreciate from mikael fyrek ( who's released a couple of great eps recently on Kahvi ) and jenny tang kai. Subtle, intricate beatwork breathes through jenny's superbly efficient and soulfull vocals. Aural, organic and cinematic, Tang Kai's...

Already a netlabel favorite, Melissa Welch is back at camomille with her second release, an 18 minute track that dwelves into many movements; dynamics are well-explored here as Melissa takes you through a multitude of tones and environments as the sound waves build paintings of childish constructions and deep, cavernous tunnels. Maintaining all throughout this ep an ambiguous sound, always twisting and turning between cute/nostalgic and happy/dark, Melissa Welch keeps reminding us how organic...

First single for camomille home player Kaneel. He brings us and makes us discover the ultimate sweetness in his sound. Manipulted ambiances, glitchy melodies and dirty distorted beated mayhem makes, paradoxically, one of the cutest and naïve tracks on camomille. my ambient journey, short, versatile. this is my little secret world i wanna keep for myself.- Kaneel

We're psyched over at camomille to release a 3 track ep from Symphonic Stereo, an american duo famed for their awesome appearances on the indietronica compilations Starvingbuthappier and lovetara + exquisite releases for Nishi and Please Do Something. This time Shaun and Andrea bring us their trademark indietronica pop vocals but with a heavier, more dubby approach, while keeping the sweetness in their sound. 3 tracks that grab you and keep you in their clutches for many repeated listens.

Here comes 2006 and with it, a new release by Photophob (tonatom, binkcrsh), known for his release on the sucessfull american label Hive records and for co-founding the netlabel laridae. An abstract collection of tracks made in one day. Many surpising and different sounds and effects for using just a tracker. I find the tracks to have a distant sound and an emotional feel. A very powerful twenty minutes that should only be played in Impulse Tracker for maximum effect. Love and death go together. Some of the tracks have a mourning kind of sense to them and the tracks themselves battle with themselves as the final half sounds contradicts the first half! All in all, I enjoyed...

The result is a distinct expression into eclectic, abstract scapes, beautiful sound design and intense acoustic soulfullness. A prequel to his full length...

Hailing from Lyon, France, nil follows up from his track on our featherfoil compilation with his very first solo release ' Le mini mini ep '. 3 tracks of very uplifting melodies blended with some upbeat glitch and idm/drill&bass techniques. Masterfully created beatwork and sequencing, eclectic style and ingenious instrumental crafting makes this release an adequate sonic wallpaper of nil's individuality and creativity.

We're happy to release an ep by London's Cheju, a prolific artist from Boltfish fame who also released on many a netlabel ( kahvi, filament recordings, lacedmilk ). Despite all resolutions is an uplifting blend of good old idm; waves of distorted synthesis immerse you completely while you are gently rocked by spacey pads and pushed upwards by the crunchy beatwork. IDM is still alive !

fake feelings, distorted memories, coloured perceptions. even your reflection in the mirror is just a trick of the light - \Slash (Surasshu). The closest anyone will ever come to the electronica equivalent to a slow ballad has been attained by Steven Velema, who brings his natural twist of things to the table yet again, this time twisting traditional 80rockpop and chipping it up. Sweet sweet sweetness.

twisted horror ambiences. A reflection of beauty through a broken mirror. And we not with assent as this is one of the most mindbending camomille releases, in technique and in its ability to touch people in a certain bizarre way. Clinical depressives stay away.

Finally, fellow netaudio scene friends Makunouchi Bento ( ogredung , one, enoughrecords, apegenine recordings, miasmah, eerik inpuj sound, kikapu and some others ) have a track for us camomille folks. The romanian duo give us almost 10 minutes of sublime, noisy ambiences. This track is part of a project organised by well-known swedish curator Johanna Billing and was first played october 6th at H.arta Gallery from Timisoara (Romania). It remixes Rocky Erickson's '' You don't love me yet '' the...

A few months in the making, in the spirit of Matricaria Chamomilla and to thank the artists and the supporters involved in the project, Camomille releases Featherfoil (an ancient name for camomille flowers, believed to be a flower of the sun), a massive 1hour52 minutes of sweetness, beats and pads as only these people can provide. Includes familiar names such as map king, mikael fyrek ( one half of tang kai ), transient[noisyvagavond, ogredung], line noise[laced milk]and others; camomille...

A few months ago, the Numia website hosted their first Netlabel Battle in which a netlabel chooses two musicians to represent them and let the people vote for their favorite tune. Good friends Makunouchi Bento won the competition, but our entrants, kaneel and surasshu, placed 2nd and fourth in their respective voting groups. Kaneel brought his usual angstfilled, glitch powered beauty, and surasshu made an amazing and dark dnb/plaidish roller. + Kaneel's entry was chosen to be featured on the...

What a special release for the holidays ! We present to you Paris, France's VS, a group of 5 dedicated to rediscovering guitars and alternative rock while delving into many elements of experimentation. A strangely appealing crossbreading of trip-hop, post-rock and some hints and bursts of nu-metal and progressive rock, VS creates impressive moments; frozen in a subtle, delicate environment, you travel within VS' darker fissures, hovering over the singer's evocating lyrics and through pulsating,...

Straight out from the czech republic, camomille releases Insider Trading's elementary/basic ep. Glitch-hop beats with beautiful, inspired and nostalgic melodies. Track A is the original, robotic but dreamy theme and track B a remix of the anthem, both with a great sense of motion and cinematography in the music

Glitchy endless sinefields and static-noise ambiances prep up what seems to be a lightspeed trip into the unkown. Quite the fucked up track from a great mood manipulator !

We'd like to welcome you to the new year with one of our most ambitious releases to date, Xedh's Composition in red. Clocking just under 24 minutes, Miguel A. Garcia gives us motion, enhancing and pushing the limits of perspective, leaving prudence and opening the listener to unpredictable movements. In a constant struggle for balance, Xedh explores mathetmatics and cognitive logic on one side and pits it against nature and harmony. The result is an abstract brawl for domination, as you can...

Julien Neto, known for his super rich textures and manipulative genius, remixes Vizions Humoid.Fusion track ( http://camomille.genshimedia.com/musicdisks.htm ) from his Science of you EP. He takes a major bite off it and regurgitates it in this elevated, hyperactivated reenactment. Taos been working on many pro releases, its no wonder this is the most popular camomille release to date.

Between juggling his newfound work producing rap and r&b beats as C-ton and working on his album for apegenine, Blisaed finds the time to deliver 2 tracks of sincere beauty to us. For those of you who use to love his earlier blisaed and echion days, this is perfect. Inspiring melodies, lush soundscapes and pads, piano and his trademark emotronica sound. Springtime bliss.

Enter Dirty cluster, our first split ep from Bulgaria's Sektor ( tonatom) and Russia's I.l.i. ( enough records, tonatom ). Nearly 20 minutes of sweet and sour idm, with its fair share of dreamy melodies, akward moods and creeping beats. Sharing evenly the ep between its 4 tracks, Sektor and I.l.i. provide a dance of fire and ice as they exchange melodies. From gazeous clouds to solid manufacturing of beats.

We release yet another mini-ep from another first-time releaser, Wouter Van Veldhoven, a biology student from Utrecth, Netherlands. This is a wonderfull ep that shows much character; the melody flows from movement to movement, letting sometimes slide some swirling noise or found sound textures from Wouter's window. A great experimentation in themes and concept, aided by well-built soundforms and well-realised composition. Somewhere between post-modern, idm and pop.
